HeySteward provides service even when you're not at home. For instance, whatever services you require while you are not at home, just tell your Steward what you need and they will get it done. We want our Stewards to provide you the comfort of coming back to a home that is chore-free. We will keep your keys at our designated secured storage facilities throughout Toronto. You can request for the return of your keys at any time.
Our services include grocery shopping, dry cleaning, laundry, shoe repairs, picking up packages, cleaning your house, and more! If you require anything else, please use our Special Request feature on our app and tell us what you need.
Our vendors are very dependable and consistent with the quality of their services. However, if you have a preference for another vendor, we would be happy to oblige in most cases. We should also let you know that some of the locations of the vendors may result in a minor fee, if at all.
Yes, we're going to assign you a dedicated Steward who will visit you every week. We do not hire unprofessional workers. We highly value friendly relationships between our workers and you! Your Steward is here to make your life easier!
Your Steward is your friendly butler who is always willing to listen to your comments and concerns! You can contact your Steward through our app, e-mail and/or through phone. Also, you can enquire your Steward for last minute services.
You are billed once a month with the option to put your account on hold for whatever time you see fit. But we suggest you use our service for a couple of months since we learn about you and your habits which enable us to give you the best service. In any case, if you still decide to put your account on hold, just let us know a week before your next billing cycle and we will take care of it!
